5. Limited License & Use Restrictions
5.1 Personal Use License: LacrosseReference grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the data for individual, non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal scouting, fan engagement, or individual team preparation).
5.2 Commercial Use Restrictions: Use of the Site's data for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without a separate Commercial Data License. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: Integrating Site data into a for-profit software application, website, or platform. Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction for the purpose of building a competing or derivative database. Redistributing, selling, or sublicensing the data to third parties.
5.3 Violation: Unauthorized commercial use of the data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.

I am not accepting any advertisers nor am I soliciting any endorsements of the LacrosseReference PRO service. This entire project is about creating a product that is valuable to the users, so the only monetary inducements should be from the users themselves.

7. Payment Terms
Billing
You may purchase a Paid Subscription by paying a subscription fee in advance on an annual basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase
I may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the LacrosseReference PRO Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Paid Subscription prior to the price change going into effect.
Renewal / Cancellation
Your payment to LacrosseReference will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period by clicking here (logged-in users only). The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your account will be limited to non-paid features. A full refund will be granted, no questions asked, at any time.
If you have purchased a reduced-price Paid Subscription using a discount code, your renewal price will be automatically raised to the prevailing price when your subscription period ends.

8. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Notification of Changes
I reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time if needed and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to the privacy policy, I will announce that these changes have been made on the home page and on other key pages on the site. If there are any changes in how I use my customers' information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to the privacy policy will be posted on the site 30 days prior to these changes taking place.
